Q1) Is ther a minimum Order for On line Orders?
A1) Yes, there is a $5.00 sur charge for orders under $30.01.  Orders over $30.00 should not be charged the $5.00.

Q2) Is there a MAXIMUM weight limit for on-line orders?
A2) Yes, Orders over 150# cannot be calculated due to UPS On-line processors.

Q3) Why does my package Weigh so much?
A3) Unfortunately UPS & Fed-Ex exclusively use a "Dimentional weight calculation" to calculate the packages shipping weight.  Therefore even if the Actual weight of a Cessna 172 Windshield package is only 30#, the Dimentional weight is calculated as follows (24"x29"x50")/194 = 179# There is also a $40 UPS surcharge for packages more than 130" girth & length.  We calculate to 96# for a typical windshield.   If you are grossly overcharged for a package, we normally refund the difference back to you via the same means as payment.

Q4) What carrier will my package be delivered by?
A4) We mostly use UPS & Fed-Ex, on occasion we used USPS for smaller packages.  We have used DHL or other carriers in the past but that is only by customer special request.  Some packages may come UPS Chain solutions, Fed Ex freight, Yellow, or other trucking companies for larger packages.   Although we use UPS as our shipping calculator your package may come VIA a different carrier such as UPS Chain solutions (UPS-SCS) or Fed-Ex freight.  IF you have a preference you may ask us to use a specific carrier, If the price of your preferred carrier is significantly higher than the e-store calculated price we may need to contact you for additional payment for those packages.

Q5) Will there be any notice to price changes?
A5) Unfortunately no, due to too many factors to list, prices are subject to change without notice.
